  • ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY (Text Only)

    FreeWheel is hiring a Sales Engineer based in our Singapore APAC HQ office. The Sales Engineer acts as primary technical liaison for a client or set of clients, evaluating requests and addressing those requests in conjunction with Support Engineering and Product-aligned Solutions Engineers

    ABOUT YOU (Text Only)

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related
    - Proven working experience in Ad tech and digital media highly preferred
    - Strong understanding of advertising industry and client goals
    - Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical capabilities to CEO’s and CTO’s, but also understands programming and networking concepts and terminology
    - Knowledge in at least one object oriented programming and scripting language desired
    - Fluent in English is preferred

    RESPONSIBILITIES (Text Only)

    - Consult client on viable opportunities which align with their current technology architectur
    - Evaluate client requests for technical feasibility, determine high-level requirements for implementation success, and aid the Account Manager in creating thoroughly informative requests for Product-aligned SE resourcing
    - Aid in the execution of implementation projects, working in tight coordination with assigned Product-aligned SE(s)
    - Capture technical details of client-specific implementations, and maintain this information within well-updated documentation of clients’ technology architecture
    - Aid Account Manager in fielding general questions related to FreeWheel products’ technical capabilities
    - Direct inbound questions to Support Engineering as appropriate, and resolve support issues escalated out of Support Engineering for the Client-aligned SE’s client set
    - Assist in preparation of materials for client renewal opportunities product upsells, business reviews, account plans, etc.
