The CTS Technical Integration Lead is responsible for facilitating the delivery of committed technical solutions to X1 Syndication Partners. This role requires working with cross-functional teams such as Business Unit(s), Product Development, Software Engineering, QA, and Operations on all technical aspects related to the successful development, test and launch of syndicated solutions.
Responsible for end to end technical solution delivery for our Syndication Team. The candidate will support all partners in order to provide uniform implementation and best practice. The successful candidate will be able to work with cross-functional team members to execute on program plans. They will also manage client facing integration support resources to ensure successful delivery.

This position requires strong client service skills and ideal candidates will be experienced with agile development and deployment. A proven track record in delivery execution under aggressive schedule demands and competing priorities is a must as are strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.


- Accountable for the support and delivery of large, partner-facing, complex software integration projects with X1 back office systems.
- Works with appropriate counterparts within Syndication Partners and Comcast to enable stand-up and on-going integration activities at syndication partners.
- Manage on-boarding to shared service operational functions (e.g., ticketing integration w/ Production Support, data feeds etc.)
- Develops documentation and status reporting for identified projects, targeted to various audience levels
- Works with the appropriate teams to ensure technical feasibility against commited scope.
- Works well with other organizations to continuously improve business processes, across both technical and operational resources,
- Recommends opportunities for technical and process improvement.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to communicate and clearly articulate complex technological issues - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 8+ years of related experience in a technology delivery setting
- Strong analytical and logic skills
- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent meeting facilitation, planning and management skills required
- Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
- Agile Project Management experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced agile environment. Requirements change quickly and our team needs to constantly adapt to moving targets
- Ability to travel in US and Canada
